When you need a craftsman, all you have to do is open the application, post an ad with job details, and take a picture of the problem using your phone. Your ad will be visible to all craftsmen working in your area, and they will be able to see the details of your problem and apply for the job.
Once craftsmen apply, you as a client can see their profiles, ratings, and reviews from other users. After reviewing all applications, you can choose three craftsmen to add to your shortlist. These craftsmen will receive your contact number, and you can communicate with them to discuss job details.
Once you select one of the three craftsmen in your shortlist, they will receive a notification that they have been chosen for the job. The craftsman will then provide you with the exact date and time of their arrival, and you can prepare for their visit. If any issues arise during the job, you can reach out to our in-app support.
